1st Day of Grade 2

Wow, the summer just flew by and we are back at school already.  Although I really do enjoy school, I’m kind of sad that I have to leave my new baby brother at home almost every day to go to school!  But I know it must be done and I know that I really am going to love school.  My teacher’s name is Mlle. De los Santos and she is such a great teacher!  Her first name is Sarah too, so how could I not like her!  This year I’m in class with lots of the girls I was in Kindergarten with, which is so great, I missed them last year when I only had 6 girls in my class!  We have a great class and I really enjoy all the kids that I’m in class with.  On top of school and weekly music classes, mom and dad are letting me join musical theatre for the next few weeks.  I’m not sure what to expect, but I’m so excited to be going, it sounds right up my alley!  It’s going to be a busy a year, but I’m ready for it!
